I found it in the passenger footwell of my 2018 Fabia.

Looks like a VAG part?

    Blanking off one of the holes in the floor stamping as per @pab567 illustration. You may well find a roughly circular wet patch in the carpet.

    In the illustration above the bung on the far right appears to be under a door panel?

    Is it duplicated on the left hand side?
