Columbus 9.2 freeze and reboot

Featured Replies

Hello,

many threads about this topic but i couldn’t find if somebody successfully solved this problem.
I bought Kodiaq in February ,fast after i update maps and software (p4526/1440) which i find on skoda update portal. After update problem starts . Infotainment freezes and reboots , sometimes ones sometimes three four times.

Been to dealer here in Serbia , they dont have many interest other to change unit. Friends suggest some guy but he couldnt help , even I update version from mibsolution.com . No luck.

There is no rule how many times infotaiment will freeze and restars by itselfs, I notice as long i can not change radio station it will freeze eventually.  Any advise?

Best regards,

David

Have you tried soft reboot? Hold the power button for about 10 sec until the display switches off and the unit reboots itself.

Or try to reinstall the software.

Many times tried soft reboot, doesn’t help. Tried reinstall nothing changes. Possible flaw/bug in version?
