My left front window regulator failed so my garage replaced it for me and all was well. I discuss whether to try to resolve Kessy not working on my driver’s door but decided to live without it. As I went to drive away the drivers door window ( right) decided to refuse to go up. Obviously I stopped, the mechanic came out baffled and it eventually seemed that the switch didn’t work with the drivers door open closed all worked. I drove home to find that the drivers window worked but the master switch wouldn’t control the other three which worked off the individuals door switches - now no windows will lift or drop. To add to the fault, the central locking now only works on the tailgate!  As I left the garage we  wondered  about a replacement door module to try to retrieve Kessy.

An anyone suggest what our next steps should be?

The wiring loom between the door and body. Do a search it’s very very common

I read somewhere on here that someone had a particular problem in the areas I have and found that disconnecting the battery for half an hour cured the issue. I decided to get up,this morning and do this. I went out to the car on auto pilot, pressed the remote and the non working remote locking worked. I got in the car and all four windows work perfectly. I’ll check it out as the day goes on.
