Help, my new Škoda Octavia has a vibration and this horrible noise from back top of engine bay

I have a vibration through the steering especially at low revs , everything sounds fine with bonnet down but when open there’s a horrible noise grinding/ clicking that comes from behind the engine cover at the top , car runs perfectly and no warning lights , did a video below
