Hey guys. When ever I turn the ignition to on, I hear this really weird squeaking noise, almost like a cheeky old door possibly from inside the dash but it is every single time I turn the ignition to on. Any ideas please? I have inserted an attachment with the noise

Oh wow, that's weird.

Is that from inside or outside, bonnet open?

 

Assume engine starts and no other issues, heating blowing out all vents? Sound like a tight flap.

From inside everytime I turn the ignition on. Sounds like it's coming from inside the dash. The vents all seem to be working. What is a tight flap please?

I don't know how all the air blower system works, but there will be flaps to let cool or hot air in, just wondered if it's one of those a bit tight.

Ah right ok

Turn the ventilation system off and see if the noise is still there.

Might not affect into initial positioning of the flaps when ignition is turned on?

Also alter the "recirc" button, that also moves a flap.

Really having a bad day when you have a problem with your flaps.
