Hi, I'm have an mp3 player and want to get it into the car, as the original cd player makes noises and refuses to play my cd's.

Where can i get the surround from, and is there any additional leads needed?

Had a few beers tonight and its taken me 30mins to write this thread out due to additions/deletions.

You can order a surrond from Skoda dealears, or get one from Halfords.

Get the Skoda surround as it's only a couple of quid.

You can fit 6.5" speaker in the front doors but you'll need spacers. Don't go for a deep speaker. Keep it to 60mm or less.

Speacers for a MK4 golf are apparently the ones to go for.
