I think I have a problem with sun roof drain pipe.
I discovered a lot of water in the driver footwell. I dried the carpet and pour water in the sunroof trap to test it, and the footwell was wet again. 

Water is not coming out of the water pipe outlet? (See picture)  so i assume the drain pipe is not connected.  

 

Does anyone know how do I get to the inside of the drain pipe connector? 
Is access from the wheel arch? Or elsewhere ?

Anyone got experience with this issue and fixed it?
