Skoda octavia 2018, Driver side vents not blowing hot air all of a sudden, passenger side and back vents in middle console all blowing hot, all settings are on high heat, any ideas why? Expensive fix?

I suppose, reset with "AC + face vents > hold both buttons until everything starts to blink" is already tried?

Err yes, but generally unlikely.  It will be one of two things:

 

1) The "bag of silicon" in the header tank has split dumping out its content into the heater matrix and coolant system.  Urgently get the car to a dealer to flush out the system.

2) The flap motor (in the central console area) has failed and is not mixing the airflow as appropriate.
