Kessy problem

Superb 4 kessy problem

When setting up kessy, it doesn't respond to opening the door. It's happened to me once and then it started working again out of nowhere.

when I set the door to open when approaching, it always works, but this option doesn't suit me. When I press the button on the key handle(nfc)the car locks, but if I want to open the doors, they don't unlock.

Does anyone have the same problem or have any advice on how to reset or "fix" it?
turning the kessy option on/off and then trying to open by door handle doesn't solve the problem.

Ad : when i turn on option to unlock when near the car its working just fine and it unlocks so i assume key is not the problem.

I have the same issue. But it has happened to me when outside temperature has been around 0 (or below) and when there has been some foggy rain or snow.
Will take my car to dealer for diagnostics next week but not sure if they can figure out something.
Also @QuinFin had the same issue as mentioned here:
