RS pdc front sensors

Hello group members,

I faced the problem of installing front parking sensors in my Octavia, I decided to assemble the set myself, unfortunately I was unable to find the exact part numbers anywhere, also the spare parts websites provide incorrect information, stores selling ready-made sets do not provide part numbers. I know that in addition to the sensors, I need a sensor harness and another harness that I connect to the control unit. 

Could someone share the part numbers and connection diagram?
