Thule Evo Wingbar fitting on sedan / saloon / hatch.

Have recently bought the Thule Evo Wingbars and the foot packs to fit my 272 hatch. Have fitted according to instructions, but the final result has the bars at what looks like uneven heights. The rear bar appears to be sat slightly higher than the front one which makes fitting the bike carriers, via the T Tracks, awkward as they  don’t run along the track easily. 
Has anyone else found this with the Thule Evo Wingbars?
