Any idea how to free off.

Shot some wd40 inbetween the plastic but I guess the whole housing needs taking apart to get to the pivot?

    Not frozen,been like it since I got the car..

    Is it an electric mirror ?

    Yes it is.Soaked it with lube with mirror at an angle but not budging.

    Just wondering if it is the usual wires in the door bellows issue.
