Auto start stop off button doesnt work

Featured Replies

Hello, i have a kodiaq 2024. When i press the button to turn off auto start stop, the car shuts off anyway when coming to a stop. What could be the problem?

I also have problems with all systems reguarding assistance (lane assist, front assist, rear assist etc) and i was told the car has to be reprogrammed.

But even before this problems regarding software the button didnt work..

No idea. Never felt the need to turn it off. My wife hates it I don't have a problem with it.

Not sure where the autohold button is on the latest models but previously a few have pressed it instead of the stop/ start button.

It's on the touchscreen. No physical button.

The start/stop icon is also on the top of the screen

Yes, it's an update problem. I already had my car there, they reinstalled everything but 3 days ago (10days after update) some of the problems are back. Sooooo, my car is going back. Honestly I dont think they can fix it.

i also cannot turn on my interior light (the one on the top, reading light or sth), bit of I am lucky and ot magically turn on, I cannot turn it off.
