Skoda Octavia 3 Firmware update (Problem)

Featured Replies

I made a mistake, I put the latest version of the software on the card, everything went perfectly, but I had a problem with navigation, when I put the address and started it, after 5-10 seconds I got an error "Navigation database not available", I wanted to go back to the initial version and put the old software on the sdcard and entered swdl, I checked the box, I started the download, I selected all, but the problem is that I did not deselect emergency, hmizr, etc., I wanted to do the same thing with the laptop and emergency download but I can't... is there anything i can do to recover it?? , please help me

The only time I have seen the "Navigation database not available"  message was during normal driving when attempting to use navigation. I stopped the car and turned off the ignition. Removed and replaced the navigation SD card, and started up the car again and all was normal.

That digression aside, could you clearly state what the problem is that you have, that you would like help to solve?

i solved the problem with a emergency recovery and the firmware must be the same when the unit was stuck...

now works perfect, no errors, no problem
