Skoda Roomster 2008 1.4 16v engine wiring needed problem with camshaft sensor

Hi guys could anybody help me with 1.4.16v engine wiring to get clear some thing about crankshaft and camshaft position sensor...I have fault P1337 vcds 17745

already tryed new sensor,swap another ecu, checked timing and also wiring from to ecu 

car start very hard long crank

what is wierd that have one wire with ground ,one with 5v and last with 5v also where one could be signal from sensor to ecu
