Hello to all.

Got new Octavia 1.5TSI, 85KW and few days after receiving in drive mode VC just turned off. Than reboot few times etc. It happened few times later. I will go to dealer soon, but could it be software problem?

I read a lot regarding versions and this morning found out it is

Hardware: 065

Software: 0196

Should it be 1969 or higher?

Update requires cca 2-2.5hr as they told me and I must find free time which is difficult because of my work schedule, so I am driving few more days prepared for VC to crash :)

So if you have a facelifted version of the Octavia, I'd see if you have see if you can find a different dealer or an independent Skoda/VW garage who would be prepared to do the work.
