Limit revs - epc - and high temp gauge. P00B7

2014 2.0 tsi.

Car was stood for 2 hours, then a few minutes after starting up i got the epc light, dont exceed revs, and temp needle almost in the red, also cooling fans were on high.

I stopped for a minute and restarted, and the error did not occur - have done a quick scan and comes up with:

P00B7 - Engine Coolant Flow Low/Performance

It did have a coolant flush and new temp sensor recently, the one near the radiator.

Does this sound like a glitch, or worth investigating?
