I had to replace the unit and now need to re-gas. Any help greatly appreciated...

Does it not tell you on the plate under the bonnet?

Autodata CD2 quotes 575-625gms of gas and 250ml of aircon oil for your car. I believe that you will need to fit a new drier if you have opened up the aircon system.

As with all refridgeration system repairs, a new drier should be fitted.

You will also need a vaccum pump to draw a vacuum in the system before recharging with gas.
