skoda superb mib3 multimedia black bar problem

Featured Replies

Hello friends. Skoda superb mib3 0330 software was previously loaded with 0270 software. There is a large section on the multimedia screens in android auto; It remains as a black strip in android auto. Therefore, there is a small image. It occupies the amount of apple car play. Has anyone encountered this problem in android auto or found a solution?

Hi , I have had a few problems with the screen on my car but currently I am fully charging the battery ( as much as you can ) to see in my car if a low battery is the cause.

Do you have another Android device to test with by any chance? It could also be from the device which broadcasts the stream instead of the Skoda display representing the image.

I have Kodiaq with 330 sw version and I have similar black line... Would like to know how to utilize full screen.

Hi , sorry taking time to reply to your question.

I do stand to be corrected on my reply : Standard car alternators do not charge the battery to 100 % so I have a CT5 smart charger they goes through an 8 stage charging process that recharges close to the target value of 100 % and then goes into a holding pattern to keep fully charged.

To date no issues with the screen but early days.I don't have a black line on the screen but it breaks up.

I don't use my car often and it well be that with all the toys turned on and a low battery break down occurs.

Keep you in the picture.

Android items I have are mobile phones.

Herhangi bir şansla test etmek için başka bir Android cihazınız var mı? Görüntüyü temsil eden Skoda ekranı yerine akışı yayınlayan cihazdan da olabilir.

It's the same on different devices. There's a dpi setting issue on Android Auto. The unit also has its own notification tab section at the top. Android Auto can't go over this tab. Car Play goes over and it becomes full screen.
