How do i get to the bolts on the front door hinges?

On my todo list is adjusting both doors on the drivers side, and one one of the hinges on the front door.

This is needed after i was rear ended, bumper and bumper brace already replaced, car deemed road worthy by proffessional. Now im just going at the anoying details, the misalligned panels.

Passenger front didnt need adjusting, passenger side rear did. And was done no problem. Now drivers sides turn. So how do i get to these bolts? Do i need to remove the fender? Do i need to remove the dash? Will be replacing one of the drivers doors hinges, as i notice it has excessive play. This part aquiered from a parts car.
