Hello all, has anyone had this recall carried out recently, vehicle in question is a 2021 petrol DSG vRS?

Get the Dealership or Customer Services explain in writing what your car requires if they RECALLED it.

Hi Ootohere, no letter or email received as it's not a mandatory/safety recall. My car is booked in for an air con service and the service manager told me there was a recall to carry out on the gearbox. I'll try and get hold of the service manager or have a look on ErWin over the weekend to see if there's a TPI with more information about it.

Just wanted to see whether anyone else had had this recall carried out.

I've just got off the phone with the service manager, the recall is in relation to the park position of the gearbox possibly not engaging properly when selected.

Not much of a RECALL if the car has to be getting serviced at Skoda Dealerships. No notifying keepers.

More of a SKODA SECRET SERVICE SERVICE CAMPAIGN.

Need to know basis and those that own or are keepers might never know if it was not for the Social Media / Forums.

Par for the course with VW group.

Nice! I had a question about this problem a few weeks ago.

Another 9,400 km before the next service, so we'll be good for October/November.
