Hello everyone, my Kodiaq II 2024 didn't arrive with esim module (or it is blocked). It doesn't appear anywhere in the infotainment system(hidden service menu).

Only wireless is available.

Where can I purchase the esim module? Or is it an integrated part of the infotainment system(specific model)?

My understanding, on a Mk1 MIB3 model at least, is that the eSim is integrated, and used for paid for Connect services, as well as the included eCall services.

It is not, AFAIK, available to be viewed or configured in a menu.

There are concerns (there's a thread on the Mk1 forum) that because some eSims operate on the 2G/3G networks that they'll be made redundant with the sunsetting. Hopefully the MkII uses a later mobile technology.
