Im getting this creak/knock coming from the front passenger side.

This is noticable when someones sat in the passenger side and your reversing out of the drive.

So low speed and steering when the cars more loaded.

So after some advice.

Possible top mount?

Do you have wheel trims? If so, take the FPS trim off, and hope a stone falls out. If that doesn't work, at least it's cheap and quick.
