Extended Warranty do I this year ?

Featured Replies

I've always had a full warranty on my 280 and although I didn't claim last year I'm still about 1500 quid up over the 10 years I've owned the car.

So .... Renewal time .... Quote is £458 with £100 excess for the year.

Wadda you all think ? ( Yes this post is so I can blame you all if you say don't and something 'bad' happens ... )

OK You all talked me into it !

Yes, that’s the best thing to do. I would absolutely do as everyone else has suggested.

Great advice ! I’ll update if I have to make any claims so you can all see if it was worth it or not … I’m expecting my exhaust flaps to fail so hopefully they will be covered I would miss the extra performance !

Who’s the warranty with?

Was 450 nope but come on why not add tea with the dealer principal ? 😆

Is that on your 2015 car? I didn’t think you could get it from Skoda after 6 years old or so

Yeah they seem happy enough as long as under 100k miles ! £450 And I’ll be sleeping like a baby dreaming about Intercoolers letting go and destroying the Mechatronic doo dahs 😆

I dunno maybe because I’ve had the warranty every year since new ? Maybe they feel sorry for me ?

Maybe they know something about the exhaust flaps I don’t know ….. 🤔
