Hesitation on cold start

So I’ve just had new injectors, inlet manifold and walnut blast to my mk2. I got her back and im noticing a slight hesitation on cold start, it’s literally not even a second and if it wasn’t for the fact I know the car most people wouldn’t even notice it.

Is it likely to be one of the three things I have had done or probably something else?
