rear diff issue

Featured Replies

good morning, i am a car technician by trade but i getting a little stuck for finding a rear diff for not excessive money. I need to find a replacement for my Kodiaq manual diesel. i have the part number and crossed reference it but cant find the exact number. Can anyone tell me if the part numbers ending Q or AA would fit as in gear ratios ect. Would an automatic fit a manual with regards to gear ratios ect? My part number is OBR 525 010M.Also tried the Volkswagen / Seat diffs but of course the beginning part of the part number is different. I am finding lots of part numbers ending Q/aa are these the same? Any help would be appreciated. Many thanks in advance

According to partslink24, that part number 0BR 525 010M was dropped in march 2019 and replaced by 0CQ 525 010S.

Note that all the 0 characters are numeral zero, not letter 'oh'.
