HELP! How to move drivers electric seat when not in car? Can I wire power from a battery without deploying airbags?

Featured Replies

got an electric drivers seat from a 2023 superb out of the car and need to wire the seat to get power so I can move it forward and back whilst out of the car not worried about the memory function etc just need it to move forward back, I’m guessing I can connect the red yellow wire to positive and ground to negative but worried I will deploy the airbags.

Is No Problem Airbag is own Connector in Yellow normaly

What’s the requirement? I ask this because there is an option for something like Easy Entry, but needs coding

I believe the seat goes back when you open the door, then goes back to your set position with ignition on

Might be an option?

So if I connect the red/yellow (far right) to positive and brown green (far left) to negative, I should be able to move them?
