Last year we have faced that steering is tight having light in odometer. So agency change the steering gear.

Now from past month i am facing below issues
1.after start steering feel normal but after 20-30 kms it feel tighter like something heavier inside take some delay while turning.

2.When we on AC or any electrical load then steering feel tighter

3.When car turn off and then on again steering feel normal but again 20 30 km after run it get tight

No steering light on odometer,alternator,V belt,tensioner changed recently. I have also checked the battery output and it give 13 and 14 when start.

What is the battery voltage when the steering feels tighter?
