Upgrading Mk2 Octavia VRS brakes?

Hey sorry if this has been covered! Tried searching but couldn't find the same question before

Looking to upgrade the brakes on my 2012 mk2 facelift estate vrs. its currently 312mm/256mm I think.

I wondering if the 340mm/310mm calipers from newer vrs models will fit? I thought they would but I’ve read that mine is maybe PQ35 platform and newer models are MQB platform…

Ideally I’d like to use ones from either a newer VRS, or a S3 8P or maybe a Golf R mk5/6

Are the knuckles/mounting points the same across these platforms?

Any advice at all is hugely appreciated as i’m currently frazzled by all the numbers and codes haha

I swapped the original calipers with some from golf 5 gti it was almost bolt on

Apologies of this is the wrong place to ask... please feel free to send me in the direction of anywhere more appropriate.. My '72 plate Mk IV is just coming up to 80k miles. I can't find a service schedule for the car, but hear rumours of a 40k DSG oil change... Can anyone point me in the direction of service schedules, please? So, Today we started installing and wiring the radar sensors. Since it's the facelift rear end, we installed the OEM bracket for the 2Q0 radar sensors. At the same time, we installed the tow hitch. The mechanical part is mostly finished; the cables are in the trunk and all that's left is to route and connect everything inside the car. Coding is also required, of course. A few photos.

Hi Folks, Both the front and rear window washers on my MK3 Fabia not working but window wipers do operate. Google it and go through the last posts but no clue. 1) No pump sound 2) My friend help to test the fuses no. 22, 27, 31 and 46, are all fine 3) At pump, the voltage around 11.x V but it will dropped to around 0.5v when turn on the wipers 4) The washer reservoir is full 5) The car battery replaced last summer with normal 12.6V Any idea please, Many thanks in advance
