Yea my phone works on other skodas as I work for a accident repair company and its plug cable in and go went to a skoda dealer he said £225 diagnostic fee to see what's wrong and update software etc to me it looks like it's never been activated as I believe it was a mobility car before I bought it

Phone pairs ok its booked into skoda its absolutely a software issue

I've seen several issues reported for the S24.

A skoda employee even tried his phone (iphone) still didnt work

Probably going to need the infotainment software re-installed then.

Does AA work with any older phone?

No doesn't work with any phone

If it fails to work when plugged in then it's a trip to the dealer.

I have my phone paired but do not use AA. If I plug my phone in (front USB only) it jumps to the AA start page all on it's own.
