I have a new Octavia VRS on one of the roof rails I have an annoying small stone chip, can anyone recommend a good touch up paint?

One thing is the roof rails are either anodised (most likely) or black chrome, so I doubt you'll find a specific touch up paint, but you may get lucky and find something that will work.

If it's really annoying, then a work around could be to get them vinyl wrapped which will also protect the remaining finish.

Why don't you buy the official skoda touch up paint through their dealers, you get paint and varnish in the package.
