Just wondering if anyone knows the correct name of this valve or the part number for a 2013 diesel 1.6 .

That looks to be a waterproof electrical fuse holder.

Its actually making a constant tapping noise . I was told it was a stuck valve but ive forgotten the name .

Definitely a retrofit fuse holder...

Perhaps you're mishearing where the clicking is coming from?

If you look left it's attached to the +ve terminal of the battery... probably feeding a dashcam or an accessory / amp / lights of some sort.
