Coloured dash & door strips not working

Featured Replies

MY 2017 sportline has the coloured strip package however none of them work. Done the usual checks like fuses, checked the mib that they are on and brightness right up, the footwell and door handles are lit in white. Any ideas how to get them working again please.

Same situation at night? They are notoriously dim so seeing them in anything but darkness is almost impossible... Unless mine are knackered also!

Off day or night not even dimly lit. Used to work then all of a sudden 1 nights they fizzled off.

Have they worked before and stopped working?

Are they turned off in the head unit or have they been coded out?

They worked but then stopped, no coding out involved just went off.

Mine recently went off also after there was an OTA update for the OCU module.

The update seemed to change the settings from manual back to auto.

In auto with the driving profile on normal, I have no lighting & must choose sorry to have red or eco to have green.

I changed the setting back to manual and now it's working again
