LED High Beam Assist issue

Featured Replies

Hi all,

My 2019 facelift Superb has LED headlights with high beam assist. But this feature has never worked. If I put it in auto mode, full beam never comes on. I have to do it manually.

Main dealer can’t find any fault.

Has anyone else had this issue?

Cheers

Are you driving faster than 60 km/h and outside of built-up areas?

Yes, on country roads at >50mph

And you have the Assistent since Factory or Retrofit?

Light Assistent in the Car Settings is on?

It was factory fitted, original. I am the second owner, bought from Skoda dealer

You've got to put them on first for them to work. They will auto dip then.

if u have High Beam Assist (HBA), u should see this symbol appear in ur dashboard.

it activates when u push the high beam stalk.

if u don't see it, u don't have HBA enabled.

Hi everyone, I'm trying to enable High Beam Assist on my Skoda Enyaq (Software 3.8) using OBDeleven NextGen. Even with the bonnet open (red icon in dashboard) and ignition on, modules 09 (Central Electrics) and A5 (Driver Assistance) are still showing as 'Not Reachable'. I've tried scanning several times, but they remain greyed out. Is this an SFD2 restriction on the 3.8 software? Any workarounds?
