Hi all,

Loving the Scala.

…apart from the OEM wipers - horrible, noisy and does not wipe well

Finally took off to try and clean up - totally clogged with dirt and moss. Wiped off what could - no joy, still bad

Please can you advise on specific wipers I can buy?

I tried a few times over the last year, and got lost in the choices available on amazon.

Amazon decriptions are iffy at best about compatibility,

Yup, Aerotwin. Best buy.

It looks A 864 S is the twin pack Bosch kit you should buy.

650mm driver's side and 450mm passenger's side flat blades.

Edit:- maybe plan to buy them from an online trader that specialises in selling windscreen wipers, they will know which kit is correct for your car.

Thanks guys for the heads up of brand to go with, and the exact model even.

Bit of a faff to get the old ones off, the new ones went on ok though and are so much better!

You did have the wiper arms in the maintenance position so as to avoid hitting the bonnet. Incase you didn’t, if you turn on ignition then turn it off, flick the wiper stalk down the wiper arms raise and park upright on the screen to allow wiper blades to be changed easily.
