Coolant hose problem

Featured Replies

Hi

Looking to replace a couple of coolant hoses that go into the bulkhead, believe they are 31mm and have pre moulded bends in them. If they are no longer available to buy what are the options for replacing?

Saw a you tube vid where they used internal bending springs to bend hoses to stop them kinking the heat gun and left to cool https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=br2zctTF2uQ Have a look on lll parts in the original manufacturer diagrams to see if you can find a part number.

Part numbers are

3C0121073AA and 3C0122157FB They seem impossible to get so the above vid is looking likely.

Tracked my last image down where I sourced it

3C0121073AA | search for Škoda spare parts

Thank you. I think I found that and as they looked a little different and showed different part numbers I thought not.

Wonder if silicone hoses would do. They bend a lot better than rubber.

Had a thought. Just replaced master cylinder on car and over the years vw/skoda changed part design. The main part number was the same but the last letter changed every update It started with A and then B,C and ended up with F. Wonder if they have changed them and 3C0122157FB has become 3C0122157FC.

No, the dealer says they are correct and current numbers with no parts available.

I see what you mean re availability. Did find an autoparts store in Ukraine that seem to list them but not sure if they send to uk? https://avto.pro/?srsltid=AfmBOoqp-kvLWCwEw4GEMPkLVLAgMtLyunOXu-CCxm_fwf8foHMCdU1R

Good find and it seems good but doesn’t seem like they have either to order.

Any idea on the Skoda-parts link Crucian put up, my concern is that being a European website the hoses would be flipped 180%?
