I recently bought a used 2024 (built 2023) diesel Octavia Vrs. Although my phone - Motorola G9play - shows on the Skoda website as compatible with the infotainment system, I have been unable to link the phone after multiple attempts. Has anyone had this as an issue and found a solution?

I have not had a problem with mine, but you will find that it is possibly the way it is all set up, but might be a idea to put on here the full process you went to to try and get it working

have you tried another phone? just to see it works at all?

Often initial connection issues via Bluetooth (which is what I'm assuming you are referring to) can be solved by connecting the phone via USB cable.

When I got my '21 vRS my Samsung S22 refused to connect via Bluetooth no matter what I did. Connected via cable and ever since then (5 years later) it has always worked faultlessly via Bluetooth - worth a try!
