Front assist on my 2020 dsg sel superb works sometimes.

I've cleaned the sensor area and the top of the windscreen as I believe there is a camera that the front assist uses. Means auto cruise control won't work. Any ideas?

I had a similar thing with mine where sometimes it would work and sometimes not. Took it to the dealer who found the radar had become dislodged from the bracket, it was pushed back in and all worked well again (not sure if the dealer re-calibrated it or not).

The plastic bracket the radar unit mounts into has been known to snap requiring a new bracket, and also dirt can build up behind the front cover and the radar unit itself giving a warning message.
