Rear door latch part number, alternatives?

Hi, I have a problem with my rear passenger side latch not locking. I removed the door panel and took a photo of the part and the number seems to be A5F 5TA839015H.

Any recommendations on where can I buy this from? I had a quick search but I wasn't able to find the exact match. Are there any compatible variants for this?

Skoda parts list two superseding part numbers, with latest being suffix-T by the looks of it:
