When I receive a call it does not now ring on the infotainment system although I can see I have a call on the screen. I wondered if it might be my phone so I tested it with my wife's, with the same result - or lack of. Both phones will ring in her car though.

Any ideas please?

What's your infotainment version? Also it would help to know whether you're connecting the phone via Bluetooth, or Apple CarPlay / Android Auto.

The Car is a 2023 1.5SEL TSI which has the Admundsen version. The phone is connected by Bluetooth.

AIUI the infotainment system stores different volume levels for different things. For example, media playback and navigation directions and ring volume.

Could it be that you’d turned down the ring volume at some point?

Try calling a connected phone and using the steering wheel control turn up the volume before answering.

Have you tried unpairing and repairing the phone? Depending on the phone it could be worth trying Android Auto/Apple CarPlay instead?
