Recall action / Service campaign, '37VQ' on a DQ381 DSG. Who has had or been told about this, or had it done?

Featured Replies

A member posted that this was carried out on their DSG. Has anyone else had this or any other Recall Actions / Service Campaigns or been told of a TPI / TSB for their DQ381 DSG? EDIT.Add this.

I’d asked for this reminder to be sent out during the last review. It was planned anyway, but they were surprised that I knew a recall was underway.

@BeaverRS Are you in Australia? Where there are Lemon Laws, and since 2012 3 Recalls on DQ200 DSG,s, and Service Campaigns and recalls because of so many DQ200,s not receiving the updates. VW Group had to get their act together after such incompetence.

@BeaverRS Can you not just say in which country you have a dealership, and do you have a PHEV?

France, and I have a diesel engine (TDI 150Hp). No PHEV.
