Škoda Yeti Panoramic Sunroof Stuck and Grinding/Crunching Noise

Hi everyone,

I am writing this post hoping someone here has already dealt with (and fixed) this nightmare on their Škoda Yeti.

My panoramic sunroof is completely stuck. Whenever I try to operate it, I hear a loud grinding/crunching noise, as if the motor gear is slipping over the drive cables. Unfortunately, the glass is currently stuck in the partially open position but its missaligned (one side is lower then the other).

If anyone has any guides, photos, or practical tips, it would be an absolute lifesaver. Thank you so much in advance for your help!
