Ebay. Price it with a reserve of what your father in law wants, and see what happens.

I do remember them, should be about a D or E reg iirc.

Not sure how it would do on e-bay, but id get a copy of a Mini based mag, not sure if Mini World is still going but it was allways a regular read when I had my Cooper rep :)

I would of done the same thing as you and advertise it for sale on one of the mini forums but as that hasn't worked then i'd advertise it in miniworld magazine or something like that, good luck with the sale:thumbup:

Mini Magazine usually as a couple in the classifieds, Dealers such as Bristol Minis allways want a fortune for them but you see the same car advertised for litterally years, some sheds and mock ups of the ERA around so fixing a realistic price could be a chore. How much is he looking for? condition? piccies?

I presume you've tried this lot?

Yeah, tried them, no reply. There are only about 60 left in the UK, About 300 of the 450 or so built went to Japan. I've tried to contact people in Japan but again to no avail:( Dont wana go the Ebay route, i'll keep trying the mini clubs just now, see what that turns up. Cheers for the replies people:thumbup:

The condition is pristine, the car has only done 2363 miles!!! Never been on the road for years, just driven now and again around his private ground, basically a rich mans forgotten toy!! Hes not got much space left in his garage so is wanting to sell it, bought it of his friend yeeeeeaaars ago. Its red, with the usual ERA interior. 94bhp, 0-60 7.8 secs!!!

If its that kinda car i'd be suprised if some sort of heritidge centre wouldnt be interested in it.
