Eddy, how are you getting on with the DG shifter? Each time I have to use the Octavia I'm appauled by the gearchange now :eek: so the DG item could be an option. But have you fine-tuned yours yet?

I believe a 6" nail is part of the tuning kit

I hope that the shifter is different on the Octy - I have a brand new DG 6-shifter in its box, NOT compatible with the the Fabia vRS.

I didn't get on with it although it was better after exchanging emails with Jim at DG and making some adjustments. Now removed and replaced with a JBS short shift which they made in house. Initial impression of the JBS kit is that it's much better. Also the diesel geek is up for sale at considerably less than I paid (not much use to you though as it's 6spd).
