Saph in comparison to RS4...

Featured Replies

It turns out, if you try racing an Audi RS4 in a 1.8 Sierra Sapphire the Sierra just gives up and stops working...

If anybody sees a blue Sierra Sapphire "parked" on the grass in/around Milton Keynes this evening, that'll be bengie. What a tit :D

lol Class!!!!! i am doing a little bit of chuckle

I just had the phone call on the way back from MK myself..lol

I just had the phone call on the way back from MK myself..lol

he's not a happy bunny. the bloke fitting his new bearings for his Octavia f*cked it up and tomorrow's visit to IP is now off

what really f*cks me off is that the bloke now says he didn't think it was right when he was doing it, but did it anyway. and thinking he was doing a favour that somebody else had promised, i gave him money to do it, p*ss taking b*st*rd

They pressed the hubs into the bearings first before trying ot press the bearing into the carrier, how the hell did they think they were going to get the outer cir clip in??

What a bunch of idiots.

 One instance when I won't let any muppet touch my car is when it comes to swapping over bearings. :) (i.e I don't do it.... ;))

Gutted that this has forced the cancellation of a trip though. :(

AAAARRRRRGGGGGHHHHHHH!!!!!!!

anyone else ever been in the sort of mood where they want to just beat the **** out of something??

not only can i not beat something but i can't even go out and beat the **** out of the sierra to lose some of my still quite strong rage/frustration because the ****ing thing blew up earlier. AAARRRGGGHHH!!!

apparently what happened with the sierra is the cam belt jumped a notch or two and has subsequently eaten the head. bugger.

pinto will probably be going in.

ba*tard tw*ting mechanic tos*ers. :(

the other real annoying part is that the complete **** has destroyed £50 worth of my bearings and taken a £10 thankyou knowing full well he did it wrong. might be going down tomorrow to have words. fat ginger ****

big issues! sorry!

well he's now got the bearings sorted - used their press and did it himself.

apparently, it was my fault it got c0cked up cos the mechanic didn't know what to do and I was telling how to do it...quite how he translated "i haven't got a clue, wouldn't know where to start and would end up f*cking it up" into instructions on what to do, i don't know...

i went in and learned them the useless ****s. the car now runs sssshhhhmmmmooottthhh :D

****** mechanic
