Door sill covers

Featured Replies

My dad is disabled and when he gets in my octy estate he has to push himself in by putting his foot on the door sill. I wanted to ask your opinions on the effectiveness of the door sill covers. I was looking a the metallic ones for the OCTY at

Give it a try. Even if its only for the look. AFAIK they only stick on though and therefore I don't know how much punishment they can take

They stick on well and if damaged you can always replace them.

Mine are still fine and they get knocked by my silly size 12 steel toe work boots many times a day.

If the surfaces are cleaned properly prior to sticking the strips they will be very robust.

Try to keep the corrections to a bare minimum as the adhesive weakens every time. You can get away with one restick maximum.
