Yes and Yes. I did look at 19's but with the expense of the tyres, the amount of mileage I do and caravan towing, 18's was the best compromise.

You can buy them in body colour or in black and they aren't that expensive.

There is a nice Silver Fabia with black trims for sale on Pistonheads. Fabia ones are only £13 (hatch) or £14 (estate) and light coloured cars, or cars with tints just need them! Quite surprised they are not more common. Don't have them on mine though - don't think they would work with my Dark Blue and no tints.
