Well, here's one:-

To be honset, the pic doesn't do it justice. I think the flash is slightly over exposing it in areas & shadowing the rest.

To say I'm chuffed with them, is an under statement! :D

One purple, one orange, one bright green and one yellow.

Looks superb John. Have you got a darker inner colour, I can't really see from the photo? Looks like you have, but could just be shadows from the flash.

Do look ace though mate, look forward to seeing photos of them fitted on the car

What did it end up costing you?

Painted Platinum Grey all over. It's just the flash making the inner look darker in that pic.

To shot blast, wet & dry, etch prime & then paint & lacquer, cost £180 for the set.

All credit to Wheel Smart - he did a superb job. He even gave me the rest of the paint that he bought!

Should have the tyres fitted on Thurs & wheels on at the weekend.

Look fantastic Jon

How long did they have the wheels for? I'd consider getting mine done if they can do it in a day, i.e. leave car there as I don't have a spare set of wheels....

I left them with him for a week, but I was in no hurry.

He does have a full size car lift in his unit, so I guess you can leave to car with him.

Got the tyres fitted yesterday - gone for Toyo T1-R's. Local tyre fitters did them for a good price.

Put a few coats of wax on the alloys & cleaned up the sidewalls. All I need to do now is fit the bloody things to the car!

Gonna clean down the brakes when I take the standard alloys off & then it's photo shoot time! :D

In the mean time, here's a teaser:-

FFS get them fitted and take some pics.
