Why must you cast dark shadows over just about the most exciting things in my life :(

Although I only have a lowly 1.4 I must admit I think the VRs is a nice looking car.Its not over the top nasty **** looking but it still looks like it can move.Plus its nice and big compared to other hot hatches, its about twice the size of my mates clio!

Thought i'd posr some downside... well two. The boot is tiny and the boot handle gets wet and dirty so so do you fingers when you open it.:rofl:

Must agree with the boot size. Looks deceptivly large but it isnt.

Which is why I often like to run round with no back seats in.... Lovely to just be able to lift the boot and lob the golf clubs straight in. Loadsa room. :D

lol @ Mr.Grumpy.....

D'you know, I was quite disappointed with my vRS. I had a 206 previously, & it had automatic wipers, auto headlights, front fogs, steering wheel stereo controls, useful little troughs for trinkets, an airbag de-activation switch etc etc... all as standard. And the Fabster's not got them. :(

However, whenever I drive the car, I find where the money's been spent. There aren't that many standard toys, but there is on hell of an engine, sticky handling, good brakes, q-car looks & good chuckability. :)

My conclusion? I found it similar to a Scooby WRX I drove: They've built it with price in mind, and the money's been spent on the engineering & not on pretty much pointless bells & whistles. Every time I flex my right foot in 3rd & leave a beemer standing I remember why I bought the vRS.

"And Old Flo saw the thing that he had bought, and, behold, it was very good.";)

Front fogs are standard on the vRS.......

Well, yes, ok, so the vRS has front fogs as standard. But it doesn't have cup holders in the door pockets. So ner ner nerrrr nerrrr ner. :P
