Excess negative camber?

Featured Replies

Hi all,

Just got back from having alignment on my wife's Fabia done. Wheel alignment is fine though it does the Fabia thing of going a little to the left. However the mechanic said both wheels had just over 1 degree of negative camber (tops of wheels pointing in). This seems excessive and there is a lot of tyre wear on the inside of both front wheels. :(

What should I check? We bouth the car second-hand just over 6 months ago. It's 4 years old and now has 50k miles on the clock.

Thanks!

Simon.
